18 अध्यायों के बारे मैं जानने से पूर्व श्रीमद्भागवत को पढ़ने के नियमों को बारे मे जान लेते है।

जिस तरह से हर धर्म का एक धार्मिक ग्रंथ होता है, उसी प्रकार से हिंदू धर्म में गीता धार्मिक ग्रंथ है। हिंदू धर्म में भगवद्गीता के पाठ का बहुत महत्व माना गया है। जो लोग प्रतिदिन गीता का पाठ करते हैं और उसमें बताई गई बातों को अपने जीवन में उतार लेते हैं, वे हर बड़ी से बड़ी मुश्किल का सामना भी बहुत आसानी से कर लेते हैं। महाभारत ग्रंथ में 18 अध्याय में 700 श्लोक हैं, जिसे भगवद्गीता के नाम सा जाना जाता है। जब रणभूमि में अर्जुन ने अपने समक्ष सगे संबंधियों को देखा तो वे विचलित हो गए और शस्त्र उठाने से मना कर दिया। तब सारथी बने हुए भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन के ज्ञानचक्षु खोलने के लिए उन्हें उपदेश दिए। जिसे गीता का ज्ञान कहा जाता है। गीता के पाठ का पूर्ण फल प्राप्त करने के लिए उसका पाठ नियमों के साथ करना अति आवश्यक है। तो चलिए जानते हैं गीता पढ़ने के नियम

वैसे तो भगवद्गीता का पाठ किसी भी समय कभी भी किया जा सकता है, परंतु इसका पूर्णफल प्राप्त करने के लिए इसे सही प्रकार से पढ़ा जाना आवयश्यक होता है। 

जैसे

1. पूजा-पाठ और जाप के लिए सुबह का समय सर्वोत्तम रहता है उसी प्रकार से गीता को भी सुबह के समय पढ़ना चाहिए।

2. गीता बहुत ही पवित्र ग्रंथ है। इसे कभी भी गंदे हाथों से न छुएं। सुबह उठकर स्नानदि करने के पश्चात गीता का पाठ करें।

3. गीता का पाठ करने से पहले चाय, कॉफी, पानी या अन्य किसी भी चीज का सेवन न करें तो ही बेहतर रहेगा। 

4. पाठ आरंभ करने के पहले भगवान गणेश और श्री कृष्ण जी का ध्यान करें।

5. गीता पढ़ने से पहले उस विशेष अध्याय का गीता महात्म्य अवश्य पढ़ें।

6. गीता पढ़ते समय पूर्ण ध्यान लगाएं। पाठ करते समय बीच में किसी से बातचीत न करें।

7. गीता का पाठ करने के लिए एक ऊनी आसन लें। उसी आसन पर प्रतिदिन पाठ करें। 

8. यदि आप गीता का पाठ करते हैं तो स्वयं ही उसके रख-रखाव और साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखें।

9. प्रतिदिन एक निश्चित समय और निश्चित स्थान पर ही गीता का पाठ करें। कम से कम जो अध्याय शुरू किया है उसे समाप्त करके ही उठें।

10. गीता के प्रत्येक श्लोक को पढ़ने के पश्चात सही प्रकार से उसके सार को भी समझें।

11. गीता के पाठ को वरन् किताब तक सीमित न रखें उसे अपने जीवन में उतारने की कोशिश करें। 

12. गीता पढ़ने से पहले और बाद में गीता को माथे से लगाकर प्रणाम करें।

13. भगवद्गीता का पाठ करने के पश्चात गीता की आरती करें।

सभी ग्रंथों में से श्रीमद् भगवद् गीता को सबसे महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है क्योंकि इसमें व्यक्ति के जीवन का सार है और इसमें महाभारत काल से लेकर द्वापर में कृष्ण की सभी लीलाओं का वर्णन किया गया है। इसकी रचना महर्षि वेदव्यास ने की थी। भगवद्गीता पूर्णत: अर्जुन और उनके सारथी श्रीकृष्ण के बीच हुए संवाद पर आधारित पुस्तक है। गीता में ज्ञानयोग, कर्म योग, भक्ति योग, राजयोग, एकेश्वरवाद आदि की बहुत सुंदर ढंग से चर्चा की गई है। गीता मनुष्य को कर्म का महत्व समझाती है। गीता में श्रेष्ठ मानव जीवन का सार बताया गया है।  इसमें 18 ऐसे अध्याय हैं जिनमें आपके जीवन से जुड़े हर सवाल का जवाब और आपकी हर समस्या का हल मिल सकता है।

पहला अध्याय : गीता का पहला अध्याय अर्जुन-विषाद योग है। इसमें 46 श्लोकों द्वारा अर्जुन की मन: स्थिति का वर्णन किया गया है कि किस तरह अर्जुन अपने सगे-संबंधियों से युद्ध करने से डरते हैं और किस तरह भगवान कृष्ण उन्हें समझाते हैं।

दूसरा अध्याय : गीता के दूसरे अध्याय सांख्य-योग+ में कुल 72 श्लोक हैं जिसमें श्रीकृष्ण, अर्जुन को कर्मयोग, ज्ञानयोग, सांख्ययोग, बुद्धि योग और आत्म का ज्ञान देते हैं। यह अध्याय वास्तव में पूरी गीता का सारांश है। इसे बेहद महत्वपूर्ण भाग माना जाता है।

तीसरा अध्याय : गीता का तीसरा अध्याय कर्मयोग है, इसमें 43 श्लोक हैं। श्रीकृष्ण इसमें अर्जुन को समझाते हैं कि परिणाम की चिंता किए बिना हमें हमारा कर्म करते रहना चाहिए।

चौथा अध्याय : ज्ञान कर्म संन्यास योग गीता का चौथा अध्याय है, जिसमें 42 श्लोक हैं। अर्जुन को इसमें श्रीकृष्ण बताते हैं कि धर्मपारायण के संरक्षण और अधर्मी के विनाश के लिए गुरु का अत्यधिक महत्व है।

पांचवां अध्याय : कर्म संन्यास योग गीता का पांचवां अध्याय है, जिसमें 29 श्लोक हैं। अर्जुन इसमें श्रीकृष्ण से पूछते हैं कि कर्मयोग और ज्ञान योग दोनों में से उनके लिए कौन-सा उत्तम है। तब श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं कि दोनों का लक्ष्य एक है परन्तु कर्म योग बेहतर है।

छठा अध्याय : आत्मसंयम योग गीता का छठा अध्याय है, जिसमें 47 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण, अर्जुन को अष्टांग योग के बारे में बताते हैं। वह बताते हैं कि किस प्रकार मन की दुविधा को दूर किया जा सकता है।

सातवां अध्याय : ज्ञानविज्ञान योग गीता का सातवां अध्याय है, जिसमें 30 श्लोक हैं।  इसमें श्रीकृष्ण निरपेक्ष वास्तविकता और उसके भ्रामक ऊर्जा +माया+ के बारे में अर्जुन को बताते हैं।

आठवां अध्याय : गीता का आठवां अध्याय अक्षरब्रह्मयोग है, जिसमें 28 श्लोक हैं। गीता के इस पाठ में स्वर्ग और नरक का सिद्धांत शामिल है। इसमें मृत्यु से पहले व्यक्ति को सोच, आध्यात्मिक संसार तथा नरक और स्वर्ग को जाने की राह के बारे में बताया गया है।

नौवां अध्याय : राजविद्याराजगुह्य योग गीता का नवां अध्याय है, जिसमें 34 श्लोक हैं। इसमें यह बताया है कि श्रीकृष्ण की आंतरिक ऊर्जा सृष्टि को व्याप्त बनाती है उसका सृजन करती है और पूरे ब्रह्मांड को नष्ट कर देती है।

दसवां अध्याय : विभूति योग गीता का दसवां अध्याय है जिसमें 42 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुन को यह बताते हैं कि किस प्रकार सभी तत्वों और आध्यात्मिक अस्तित्व के अंत का कारण बनते हैं।

ग्यारहवां अध्याय : विश्वस्वरूपदर्शन योग गीता का ग्यारहवां अध्याय है जिसमें 55 श्लोक हैं। इस अध्याय में अर्जुन के निवेदन पर श्रीकृष्ण अपना विश्वरूप धारण करते हैं।

बारहवां अध्याय : भक्ति योग गीता का बारहवां अध्याय है जिसमें 20 श्लोक हैं। इस अध्याय में कृष्ण भगवान भक्ति के मार्ग की महिमा अर्जुन को बताते हैं। इसके साथ ही वह भक्ति योग का वर्णन अर्जुन को सुनाते हैं।

तेरहवां अध्याय : क्षेत्र क्षत्रज्ञ विभाग योग गीता तेरहवां अध्याय है इसमें 35 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुन को क्षेत्र और क्षेत्रज्ञ के ज्ञान के बारे में तथा सत्व, रज और तम गुणों द्वारा अच्छी योनि में जन्म लेने का उपाय बताते हैं।

चौदहवां अध्याय : गणत्रय विभाग योग है इसमें 27 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण सत्व, रज और तम गुणों का तथा मनुष्य की उत्तम, मध्यम अन्य गतियों का विस्तारपूर्वक वर्णन करते हैं। अंत में इन गुणों को पाने का उपाय और इसका फल बताया गया है।

पंद्रहवां अध्याय : गीता का पंद्रहवां अध्याय पुरुषोत्तम योग है, इसमें 20 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं कि दैवी प्रकृति वाले ज्ञानी पुरुष सर्व प्रकार से मेरा भजन करते हैं तथा आसुरी प्रकृति वाले अज्ञानी पुरुष मेरा उपहास करते हैं।

सोलहवां अध्याय : दैवासुरसंपद्विभाग योग गीता का सोलहवां अध्याय है, इसमें 24 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण स्वाभाविक रीति से ही दैवी प्रकृति वाले ज्ञानी पुरुष तथा आसुरी प्रकृति वाले अज्ञानी पुरुष के लक्षण के बारे में बताते हैं।

सत्रहवां अध्याय : श्रद्धात्रय विभाग योग गीता का सत्रहवां अध्याय है, इसमें 28 श्लोक हैं। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुन को यह बताते हैं कि जो शास्त्र विधि का ज्ञान न होने से तथा अन्य कारणों से शास्त्र विधि छोडऩे पर भी यज्ञ, पूजा आदि शुभ कर्म तो श्रद्धापूर्वक करते हैं, उनकी स्थिति क्या होती है।

अठारहवां अध्याय : मोक्ष-संन्यास योग गीता का अठारहवां अध्याय है, इसमें 78 श्लोक हैं। यह अध्याय पिछले सभी अध्यायों का सारांश है। इसमें अर्जुन, श्रीकृष्ण से न्यास यानी ज्ञानयोग का और त्याग अर्थात फलासक्ति रहित कर्मयोग का तत्व जानने की इच्छा प्रकट करते

Radha ashtami Pujan Date 2022 : वर्ष 2022 में राधाष्टमी तिथि व पूजन मुहूर्त क्या है ? जानें वर्ष 2022 में राधा अष्टमी पूजन मुहूर्त व तिथि क्या है।

राधा जन्माष्टमी 2022 : 

 भाद्रपद माह की शुक्ल पक्ष की अष्टमी को राधा जी का जन्म हुआ था इसलिए यह दिन राधा जन्माष्टमी के रूप में मनाया जाता है। पद्म पुराण के अनुसार राधा जी राजा ब्रज भानु की पुत्री थी वह इनकी माता का नाम कीर्ति था। श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के 15 दिन बाद राधा अष्टमी का पर्व मनाया जाता है।

राधा जन्माष्टमी 2022 तिथि :- 4 सितंबर 2022 दिन रविवार को राधा अष्टमी का त्यौहार देश भर में मनाया जाएगा। अष्टमी तिथि प्रारंभ :- 3 सितंबर 2022 दिन शनिवार को दोपहर 12:25 पर अष्टमी तिथि शुरू होगी व 4 सितंबर 2022 दिन रविवार को सुबह 10:40 पर समाप्त होगी। 

 राधा जन्माष्टमी व्रत एवं पूजन विधि

1. प्रातः काल सुबह जल्दी उठकर के नहा धोकर के साफ व नए वस्त्र पहन कर तैयार हो जाएं।

2. राधा रानी की सोने या किसी धातु की मूर्ति घर ले आए। 

3. पूजा स्थल को शुद्ध कर ले गंगाजल छिड़क करके। फिर वहां पर एक लकड़ी की चौकी रखें उस पर लाल वस्त्र बिछा लें। 

4. एक तांबे या चांदी का बर्तन ले ले उसमें राधा रानी जी की मूर्ति रखें वह उसे पंचामृत से स्नान कराएं।

5. स्नान कराने के बाद सुंदर वस्त्र आभूषण इत्र लगा कर के मूर्ति को सजा ले।

6. फिर इस मूर्ति को उस चौकी पर स्थापित कर दें। ध्यान रहे साथ में कृष्ण जी की भी मूर्ति को स्थापित करना है।

7. इसके बाद विभिन्न प्रकार से फल फूल रोली मिठाई धूप दीप आदि से विधिवत पूजन करें।

8. इस दिन राधा कृष्ण मंदिर अवश्य जाएं वह वहां पर ध्वजा पताका मिष्ठान मुरली इत्यादि चढ़ाकर उनका आशीर्वाद अवश्य ग्रहण करें। राधा रानी की स्तुति करें। ऐसा करने से आप लोगों के ऊपर मां लक्ष्मी की कृपा होगी। 

दिनभर उपवास रखें। अगले दिन सुबह नहा धोकर के ब्राह्मणों को कुछ दान दक्षिणा देकर के उपवास को खोले| 

नोट :-भारत देश में कई जगहों पर अलग-अलग मान्यताएं होती हैं अतः आप जिस जगह पर हैं वहां की मान्यता के अनुसार पूजन करें या अपने घर की मान्यता के अनुसार पूजन करें। धन्यवाद

राधाष्टमी के दिन यदि राधा रानी की पूरे विधि विधान से पूजा अर्चना की जाए और कुछ विशेष मंत्रों का जाप किया जाए इतो भक्तों की सभी मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण होती हैं और कष्टों का निवारण होता है। आइए जानते हैं कौन से हैं राधा रानी को प्रसन्न करने के मंत्र

धार्मिक शास्त्रों के अनुसार राधाष्टमी की पूजा राधा रानी के इस आठ अक्षरों के मंत्र के साथ आरंभ करें। इस मंत्र का जाप करने के बाद खीर अर्पित करके हवं करें। ऐसा करने सभी मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण होती हैं और विशेष फल की प्राप्ति होती है।
